Here I am, standing next to a fire extinguisher in the basement of the University of St. Thomas, Minneapolis Campus. I helped teach a course here, which entitled me to free tuition for a year. I didn't make great use of this, but I did take a course in HTML taught by Terry Metz from Carleton College in Northfield, MN. Good course. Good teacher. Very helpful.
As you probably know by now, I have a large collection of Frisbees and other flying discs. That's one of my areas of interest. An obsession, really. I also like hiking, canoeing, goofing off (especially with my kids, although I have been known to tilt my elbow with friends who appreciate good beer), and watching TV. My current favorite programs are The Daily Show on Comedy Central, lots of stuff on PBS (especially Mystery and The American Experience), and Politically Incorrect on ABC. Public Radio is a continual companion (check out Harry Shearer, on the fringe, if you aren't yet hip to him). I was overly fond of David Letterman for years, but I managed to wean myself recently.
