Kathy is a pulmonary physician at the Veteran's Administration Medical Center in Minneapolis and an Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of Minnesota. She and I (Chuck) have been married since 1976. She does a good job of balancing work, family and home.

Hiking, gardening, crosscountry skiing, and generally enjoying nature and playing with the kids lead her list of pleasures. She likes our cats, too, although she's probably allergic to one of them (most likely Gabriel).
